1 General Provisions

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited. bd7u may at any time request documents from a user for identity verification (KYC) and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Refrain from sharing this information with any third party.

  • Sharing login credentials with a minor or anyone else is prohibited
  • Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device
  • Selling, transferring, or auctioning account credentials is strictly prohibited

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless it is proven that the account was compromised due to a fault on bd7u's part.

4 Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at bd7u: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

4.2 Withdrawal

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified. bd7u generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, in unusual circumstances or where a security check is required, this may be delayed.

  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same method used for the deposit — not to third-party accounts
  • Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met
  • bd7u may request additional verification for unusual withdrawal patterns
  • If deposited funds are attempted to be withdrawn without proper betting, a processing fee may apply

4.3 Currency & Tax

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes or duties applicable on winnings earned from gaming are entirely the user's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd7u offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus is subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Terms Summary: The bonus applies to the first deposit only. 15x wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. If wagering is not completed within the specified period after bonus activation, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

bd7u may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. bd7u reserves the right to modify or cancel these offers at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games available on the bd7u platform (slots, fishing, live casino, sports betting, etc.):

  • Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness
  • Bets cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded
  • bd7u is not responsible for issues arising from software or hardware failure
  • Game session records are stored on our servers and will be considered final in the event of a dispute
  • The game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, etc.) reserves the right to change the rules or payout structure of any game

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd7u platform and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Providing false or misleading identity information
  • Abusing the bonus system or attempting to strategically circumvent wagering requirements
  • Participating in collusion or match fixing with other users

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Harassing or defrauding other users

In the event of any of the above violations, bd7u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and cancel transactions without prior notice. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

  • Evidence of being underage being found
  • If evidence of using a false identity is found
  • Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

11.2 Closure by the User

You can contact our support team at any time to request account closure. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, and any balance free of wagering requirements will be returned.

12 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, please contact our customer service team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct support.

  • We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving the dispute notice
